Mostly closer friends! I'm not buying for as many this year as last year though, so it should be a bit easier, haha.
I went a little crazy last year with the gifts and it was so expensive omg.

The one thing I was proactive about this year was buying a lot of Victoria's Secret body washes and sprays and lotions when they were on sale because I loooove those scents, and I was going to use them as part of the gifts for like, my brother's girlfriend and some coworkers and stuff...
...and then my brother and his girlfriend broke up and some coworkers quit and now I just have this giant plethora of really good smelling VS products and nobody to give them to... oops.
I try to narrow it down, but it still seems like I end up buying a lot for everyone anyway. xD

The most recent thing I made was a lil poseable bird doll for my friend's birthday in august XD
But what I'm working on now is a blue kitsune with 3 tails, in the same posable style. They got like a wire skeleton, so they're a plushie sculpture kinda thing that can pose however you want 'em to >.>;
Most of the time my friend's families get to buying their amazon WL stuff before I can XD and I'm like nooo all the cheap stuff ;u;

I got my dad some things last year and then my brother complained that I took everything he was going to get for my dad, so I ended up just having him pay me back for one of the items and we said it was from him instead. xD

I hope it does XD I have the skeleton now, and I'm working on sculpting the feet. But it's so cold in my house that the clay stays really hard so I need to have my heater on while I do it XD
And I worked on it like, in short bursts XD I'd do one part one day, then take a break and go back to it XD It was a huge learning experience, and I cant wait to make my next one ;u;

I get really cold really easily, and when I do, I'm completely worthless at getting things done, especially something as tedious and that requires as much attention-to-detail as sculpting like that!
Did you follow a pattern for it or anything or just kinda went with the design and creatively brainstormed how to recreate it?

when I get cold my hands shake, and that is no good for sculpting XD But my heater usually can keep up, or I just get a ton of blankets yes
nope XD I'm bad at patterns. For my fursuit head, I used a few guides near the beginning to make the base, but you cant like, just get a pattern for fursuits because each is so different XD For my plushies, depending on the one, I keep parts of the patterns if I wana remake them. But otherwise they're about the same

I started ever so tentatively! x) I am making a lot of the presents so I needed to start a little earlier.
I am getting themed gifts like blankets, pjs, slippers, hot cocoa, etc. as one theme. Playstation game, headset, gaming chair, etc. as another theme...
I absolutely love Christmas and giving to others! Such a cheerful time of the year.
