Not directed at me i know but: his storyline in the show ended pretty much where is storyline in the books has ended. In the books he hangs around in that cave with the tree for another chapter or so and there's reason to believe he'll be there for a while (forever, some fan theories suggest) and learn more about his abilites as a warg, among other things.
He'll most likely will be back next season!

He was my favourite character in the last season and I was really excited to see, how his storyline would proceed in this season...
But if he'll be back next season, I guess I gotta be patient then.

Now my favourite character is Aya Stark... But I am not too happy about her ending...
To be honest, I am not happy about anyones ending
