gives you the most bang for your buck, per say.
i keep getting googles about green coffee bean extract helping you burn fat does anyone have a confirmation on this?
Watch your calorie intake, it takes about 3500 calories to gain 1 pound of fat/muscle. so if you cut your calories down by 500 each day then in 1 week you will lose 1 pound. If you feel that 500 calories is too much, add in some cardio to help you lose 250 calories and then just cut your calories down by 250. So then you don't have to cut down eating by as much.
You do need a certain amount of calorie intake just to survive and stay the same weight. Here is a little chart that shows the average intake needed, everyone is different and sometimes you personally need a little less or more. Site is below.

So, let's look at the information I have given now. Let's say you are a female at the age of 18, you are 130 pounds, and you are 5'3". If you are not that active you need about 2,200 calories each day just to maintain the weight you are at right now; like I said before it may vary slightly. Now, your goal to lose weight is 1 pound per week. If you cut your calories down to 1,700 (500 calories per day) then after 1 week you would lose 1 pound of fat/muscle. However, if you enjoy eating or whatever the case may be and you do not want to cut that many calories just by eating then you could mix cardio into it. So now you have to cut down to 1,950 calories plus add in some cardio to cut the other 250 calories down, in the end you would still be losing 500 calories per day.
I hope this helped and wasn't too long. xD @(you need an account to see links) @(you need an account to see links)

Cardio = fat loss.
Look into some kind of program like Insanity or if it's near where you are, Crossfit.
I myself am an old fashioned runner. I trek maybe two to six miles five days a week.

Really depends on what you eat and not so much how much you eat. Balance out the calories and exercise frequently I frequently do high intensity cardio to burn off those calories
