If You Can View a Gallery, Does That Mean the Account Has Not Been Purged?

I wanted to try to get back an old account of mine, since js seems to be revamping their support system. This account is like 9 years iced, but I can still view the gallery, does this mean that it hasn't been purged, and is potentially returnable?

I remember a few years back I tried to get my main back after it had been frozen in 2009 for some bs reason. I can still see its gallery and can search for the pets, but I remember when I contacted someone about it they said it'd been frozen for too long and nothing could be done because they didn't have any info for it. :/

I feel like the advantage I have in my case are the credit card statements that I was charged premium back then. JS acknowledges that viacom was garbage, and hopefully will understand how bs this is and just unice--what do they have to lose?
