I downloaded this earlier today and was so excited to start using it, I kept "alert of buys" ticked because I thought it would just display a little pop up message or something and I literally nearly fell off my bed and threw my drink on myself when I was alerted of a buy haha! >_<

You have to get the runtime files on your computer. Check the help section in this forum (there should be a stickied topic)

I'm having some trouble with the program not showing any items in stock about half the time even though I've confirmed that im not restock banned, so far iv tried exiting out of the program and logging back in, any other suggestions?

check your proxy. or is the account?

Its not the proxy, I don't see how it could be the account since when I log out of the program and check the shops manually they're stocked :/

Edit: Its working now, not sure if its random or due to something lag related perhaps, but thanks

try to login again in account, sometimes neo is down and its appears nothing on list
