I don't believe that doxing is illegal, but it really depends on how you go about getting the information.

Yeah, if some guy told me "Im trying to find out where you live " online I'd be super scared..

She told me where she lived willingly. I told her I was trying to find a place to talk to her off of neopets, which is what I was trying to do.
