    I have a bought account that was frozen for my protection twice (once within the first year I had it) and I was able to get it back easily and quickly both times. I do think having premium helped me out. If it's a reasonably old account, I don't think they expect you to remember the original email or password, and things like your neofriends and recent NC purchases should be all you need to get it back.     Thank you! Unfortunately too late for me to get a lot of that info, but hopefully what I have is enough to convince them the account is mine! I'll use the advice there.

    I've had it for 3 years now come on TNT does it really matter at this point get your shit together. It isn't even like I had nice shit, the account I stuff my bought UCs on is in perfect shape and you freeze my main alright guys.

    I've had this happen more than once - usually they just ask you verify some recent stuff so you can prove you're the owner, and then they'll unfreeze/tell you to change your pw and shit. Good luck!

    If you still need help, let me know. I got my account back from TNT after not logging into it for around six years. 'Tis different from being frozen, but as everyone has said, providing proof like statements from your bank or credit card for Neo purchases really work in your favour.

    Recently I was frozen for protection as well.
    Only illegit thing I did on that account was AOB a few avatars.
    Had that account for 10 years all me.

    I had premium and basically in my ticket said, I spend a CRAP load on NC
    and now I am a removed player whom will not return if my account isn't given back.

    Gave my CC# for premium purchase and last NC conf#

    and boom within 3 days of that ticket I had my account back.
    TNT is money hungry. and they do respond to premium users faster

    I hate sending tickets. I recently came back to neo after a really long absence and had to get all my information back. They were actually really nice about it and me not remembering all the information because the account was so old. c: I am sure you will get it back.

    That is exactly the same reason given when my son's account was frozen 8 months back. We have been trying our hardest to get it back and have had no luck, Neopets just doesn't care.
    If you do get it back, please share what method you used.

    Submitted a ticket today so, fingers crossed. Hopefully they respond in a timely manner and not in like 10 years from now.
