This is exactly what was going on with me. I had my membership for about a week and was frozen (due to a damn trade). Anyways, Tony was "working with me" on the ticket for about a month, then BAM! Stopped replying to me right when we seemed to get to giving me my account back. I was charged for 3 months worth while the whole situation was going.
Now, I could have fought with PayPal and got my money back/stopped the payment, but I had UCs that I didn't want to lose due to that 5th spot.
It's silly that they will keep charging people for something they aren't even using...So I'm happy someone is doing something about this. Will something big come from it? Most likely not, but it's nice to see something being done lol
Oh, and I did get my account back. But that was ONLY after I had to bug the crap out of them on their FB posts. But of course it was the one with me talking about "buying NC" and to "keep paying for my Membership" that finally had them answer my ticket....lol

Aren't they required to have a way to contact them? That's my biggest beef...I pay for this service but have noone to ask questions or to get help when needed. They just take my money and it is if I'm just on my own from there!

Not really although I would love if it could be fixed but lets be real, it just wont so whats left but to watch it burn?
