So it seems that there is a little confusion about JumpStart

So I talked to jumpstart. They have acquired neopets and are in control of the site. They did keep the team that was running neopets on staff, but jumpstart is changing the site.

Who did you talk to? I've talked to five consecutive people and some of them said different things from the others so I'm curious

Are you serious? I sent them a very friendly email just asking questions and they never got back to me

I just started calling them after that lol
