I tried changing language everywhere I can to english and restarted. I'm not sure what you mean by 'computer language'; when I hit the windows button it still shows stuff in my language, not English.
can you direct me where to change it to En-US?

Well I'm having a real problem for hours now trying to download the English language pack. they don't give it on the microsoft site, they tell you to get it via the Windows Update, and it doesn't find any language packs at all. I have no idea what to do, been working on that for three hours now after failing miserably yesterday night lol
Whenever I try to open the program it says "Component 'prjChameleon.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered a file is missing or invalid". What should I do to fix this?
