Thanks Dream, do you remember how long it took to get it back?
Also what the HEEEEELL do I write in the ticket?
It took me about two months, it all depends on your luck though. x:
any help about what I need to say?
Are you the original owner of the account? Do you have all pertinent details, such as Bday, original email, pins, NC purchase records etc?
If you do, include all of that. Specifically the NC purchase records, it will help insanely if you have this information as TNT tends to use this info as true proof of ownership.
Also, if you were premium that can help - you generally will get faster service that way.
I was frozen for protection about two years ago, it took 8 months to get unfrozen. I think they are a bit quicker with the unfreezings now though. And being frozen for protection is your best chance to get unfrozen.
Hopefully that helps.

I've had some actives frozen for the same reason and back up within hours lately. No clue how TNT is reacting so fast.

Thanks guys!
I've given them every single record I had on my email for buying NC, so will that help my case?
