    My cat died.

He died suddenly and I'm just really sad. He was my best friend. I've never lost a pet before. Now I need to find the money to cremate him and get him an urn. There's no way I'm going to let him be "disposed of." He deserves better than that.

Sorry I just need to vent. I've never felt so sad before.

Aww, dear. I'm so sorry for your cat, I know how painful it is to lose someone you love, be it an animal or a person, they're part of your life.
It's so unfair how short their lives are compared to ours, I wish they would last forever.
Please, if you need someone to talk to, count on us.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. When I lost my first pet last year, it tore me up, so I can empathise with what you're going through right now. It isn't easy, but at least they had a life filled with your love. That in itself means that it was no doubt a happy cat.

I'm so sorry. It's like a part of your heart goes with them.

He'll always be with you in spirit though.

I know how you must feel... I have lost both my 14 years old dog and my 2 years old cat due to a sudden uncurable disease. There was nothing to do to save his life and I just wasn't ready to say goodbye.

Like @(you need an account to see links) said, your cat was filled with your love and I am sure he left happy. He is now in a better place filled with rainbows, mice and a bunch of delicious cat treats.

I am here if you need someone to talk to. /hugs

I am so, so sorry to hear that, @(you need an account to see links).
Don't feel like you have to apologize for wanting/needing to vent - we all go through something like this at one point or another, and even if it seems silly to be in so much pain, it happens and we are all definitely here to support you and be sad with you.
I've lost many pets throughout my life, and it is never ever easy, but my cat right now... my first pet that is all mine and not just my family's... goodness, I can only imagine how much your heart is breaking, and I'm so sorry you have to deal with that.
He also looks a lot like my kitty, too.

How much does it cost to handle him properly?
I haven't had to look into that too much.

Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help or if you need to grieve or chat more about it.
    We're here for you!

Aw no, I'm so sorry to hear that I know the feeling of loosing a loved pet, is heartbreaking...
And cremating is kind of expensive indeed, luckly for cats they charge a little less than when it's dogs, but yes, is the best thing to do that. I lost 3 pets and I have their little urns in my house, with their collars and their picture, is a nice way to remember out loved ones and all they did for us, those little pets are in heaven now and so is your gorgeous cat. Hopefully you get the money soon, be strong <3

I can't imagine how bad your feeling right now *hugs* Just take it one day at a time. It'll get better as time passes ):
