Well, fuck. I purchased this account ~3 years ago and have been playing legit since. Feeling pretty disheartened, worried I won't get it back. Planning on how to write my ticket, but I don't remember the original stuff that was on the account so I might be fucked, no idea how tough getting unfrozen for this is. bleh. I was shooting for double all-star, too x.x

Nope, no proxies with this account. I did log in once when I went to Japan awhile back, but that was awhile ago so I doubt that was it. Although it is possible. Plus, the old owner is the one who sold it to me.

maybe ask the old owner for the emails/pws used and everything if you +happen+ to have connections with them. being frozen for protection is the easiest to get your account back, since the most they do is ask for information verifying that the account is yours. good luck!!!
I don't have connections with them anymore unfortunately I wish I wrote the old email down since they told me it, fuck me lol. I do have the old password they used for years upon years though, so that's good?

Best of the luck with getting your account back! In my experience, frozen for your protection (especially if you have premium) is one of the easier tickets to reverse.
If you've been playing it for the past three years, information from up until the past two/three years should be fine. Highlight your NC purchases or use of CC for kudo points and further verification.
To add, I got my account unfrozen just by listing my activities of the past year and with subtle mentions of intention to spend more money. Account was unfrozen in a week.
