I don't really care about the cheating ASGs. I just play for the team I like and set my goal for the prizes. Plus last year I started using AoBs for the AC games because getting All-Star legit was hurting my hand and wrist after a couple weeks.

Can someone tell me what makes it different from the original Altador Cup? Wasn't there for the first few so every time I hear about brackets I have no idea what the difference is.

@(you need an account to see links) I started playing in AC3 and back then they had a double round robin for the teams to play within, and Shootout Showdown got introduced either the next year or the year after. So every team would play each other twice and then there were two days for each round of finals, depending on how your team was seeded. And then I think they switched to brackets two years ago to try and make it shorter since so many players got burnt out. But it is an absolutely horrendous system and they should probably change to a single round robin, or even back to the double round robin.
