I know the item is really sought after on the boards, so people tend to ask way above the current value when trading it. You may have to overoffer if you are trying to trade for it, but I guess you just need to be at the right place at the right time to get it for a reasonable price! It might take some time to find an active trader onsite, but I think it would be more affordable that way since cK NC sellers tend to sell for the max price.
