Meet Little Foot.
Her mommy was a stray cat, outside my friends moms work. She was fed poison, and had acid thrown at her in hopes to keep her (and all the other strays) out of their garbage, so the company doesn't look dirty. The kittens of stray cats are left to fend for themselves, and left to be eaten. If they don't get mauled by something within the first week or so of being born, people actually go out and smash them over the head with rocks, to kill them!
As soon as I heard about it, I went and saved her. I was a little too late for her brother, he ended up being somethings snack.
Anyways, she only has a little bite mark on her cheek, and other than that she is a healthy little month old kitten. Getting all her shots next week!
I also have another kitten, named Froot Loop, who actually looks rather identical to Little Foot, just bigger.
They hate each other at the moment, but they'll grow on each other.
(Yes, I have contacted Animal Rights Services and they have told me they will look into the situation. Hopefully something gets done about these monsters!)
Hats off to you dont know how anyone could harm a cute kitten :X
Edit: Littefoot is a great name ;D land before time was a epic movie. Now you need a freind for him called Peetree.

Glad you called animal rights, it's sick what people do to animals!
I know I'm online and all but.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving that kitten and calling up animal rights... We have to do something to stop these bastards. That is so cruel what someone can do to poor animals. They should have the exact same time in jail as if they would torchering/murdering a human being..
Littlefoot is an awesome name and suitable too. Thanks again!

I actually considered naming her Petri (but she's not a flyer. )! I LOVE Land Before Time so much. Haha. I named her Little Foot because A) She's little. and B ) When she walks, she is anything but graceful. She kind of has a hop to each step, that reminded me of Little Foot. She moreso pounces with every step. Haha.

It's disgusting! She didn't even have her eyes open yet and they were throwing stones at her. The one lady that works there put her and her brother in a box, to keep them off the cold cement, but also hoping that the mother would come back (she never did). The next day she went to check and the box had been thrown across the field, and there was a giant rock in the bottom. At first, she thought Little Foot was under the rock, until she found her wandering around the field, eyes shut, trying to find her way around. That's when my friends mom called me and told me what was going on, because she knew I'd be interested.

Aw, this was sweet, and made me smile. Well, you've got no reason to thank me. I love her to pieces, and she is such a delight to have around. She hasn't ventured out of my room yet, but my bed, that's her giant castle. Haha. (That's why Froot Loop doesn't like her much! ) I'm glad there are others out there that care for the welfare of animals just as much as I do. I can't take all the credit though, it was actually my boyfriend who insisted we make the calls that very second to the Animal Services place, I was going to wait until tomorrow morning and just go to the OSPCA and tell them. He called them before I had even had a chance to talk to him about it. Warmed my heart to see him care just as much for our little baby.
If I could save all the cats out there, I would, but apparently thats called hoarding, and is against the law.
