So Chargebacked on my birthday, help appreciated.

A user here charge me back and it happened to be today of all days, my 20th birthday... anyways besides that it was a good day and all but im looking for some help. The CB is for an unauthorized payment, the user has also CBed at least one other user that I know of right now. I always request payment and send a note along with the request, the note reads as follows:

This is for the Items that I have already given you. By accepting this payment request you acknowledge that you have (1) Received the goods aforementioned (2) You are completely happy with the goods you received and (3) You will not try to charge back under any circumstances.

Does anyone have any recommendations for me to try to win the dispute or recommendations for the other user who to my knowledge didn't attach a note of any kind?

Make a dispute, but Ill leave this open because I have a few CBs sitting around too and I havent had luck with UA claims.

I believe it came just from the Paypal account.

Was it done as a gift? Aren't those supposed to be harder to CB? Also, I've heard Paypal is cracking down on those who do multiple CB's in a certain period of time. Maybe this person will be an example? Sorry this happened to you though.

I've no experience myself with CB's so I can't help much but I hope paypal refunds you.

I will give them a call tomorrow when the call center opens up and post back here and tag anyone who posts her just so everyone knows what they are requesting or what they say about it
