I got Rico for an NC item. Most of the time I just get ignored or the internal team.

I'm glad she's helped you, but I really question whether or not she understands English. Every issue i've had that has been assigned to her she's been useless and I ask her to assign it to someone else. Then when someone else takes it over it's been solved within 1-2 responses lol.

This literally made me laugh so hard. She just seems to not understand what i'm asking, and gives me responses that have nothing to do with my questions / complaints. Also lots of auto responses which make me livid. If we spend the time to write out a very detailed ticket then I expect an actual response not something automated. But again, super happy she's helped you out with getting accounts back. She's just been useless for me. However, nothing I submitted that was assigned to her was about unfreezing accounts. Only Tony did that for me over a year ago, and barely asked anything. He was super cool.

How do you get your account back?
Mine was frozen because I "accidentally" cheated because my "friend" said he would help me by "sending" me items and np when I needed it.
I have since "reprimanded" my "friend," but my account is gone
Mine was regarding a specific item I had bought from someone else off here (the first and only time I ever bought something), that was used to purchase another item. I told Tony that I had a board seeking said item and that someone gave it to me to help me out. I had been "frozen for my protection" but in his reply he asked me about recent items, and that it came from a "known Np seller"
It took them like 3 months to freeze me over it also.
Yes, Rico S. is useless. I've never lost an account so I don't have to deal with those issues. Mine are usually technical in nature; bugs, glitches, and he always responds with "I'll look into that, we're working on it" and then marks my ticket as "Solution Suggestion". Ummm...no...that's NOT a solution. Nothing ever seems to get fixed and I never hear from him again, or he just eventually marks it as "Closed". The only one who ever really does anything to fix stuff is Veronica.
