I think that lawsuit was a class action suit regarding the security breach. If anything, NT would have been patched out prior to Jumpstart as a company closing its doors due to a breach impact.

Nah, probably lots of bad investments, from the look of it. Restructuring probably is a good idea imo

That's interesting, but I agree that it probably wouldn't change anything currently.
It'll be neat if thanks to that Neo would actually get a boost in funds and development, though. One can hope.

but looking at the amount of people playing, and the number of people actually spending money, i dont think they'd get any boost in funding actually.

i'd think they need something to draw the crowd back, perhaps a new site event, on top of everything else. events like AC is something that runs on its own, without much additional interference from the staff im guessing. they need that extra oomph to get it going again,

You are right. Maybe they are gonna use the new plot they were teasing for that? Though at this point I feel like this plot is kinda like the UC PB, something that will never come to fruition

As a class action lawyer (plaintiff-side!), who spoke to this in the previous thread, I doubt it. There wasn't that much merit to the allegations in that lawsuit and it was filed by a pretty unreputable firm.

Every day that goes by is another day I lose faith in TNT of bringing NC UCs :/ What is the hold up dawg?
