If you look them up on YouTube, they come out very often, but get patched very quickly. You can make millions while they're working but you have to be quick.

If you would like to look into the jailbreaking route, I did it this week to my slim system. It will cost you around 45 bucks (for an e3 flasher) but overall the process is pretty simple.
