prjchameleon.ocx... Download it and put it in you system32 (and sysWOW64 if you're using a 64-bit OS) and then run "Regsvr32 /s prjchameleon.ocx" (Without quotes)
But it would be useless since you can't run the program because of your rank...

is it still coded for refreshing at :53 or is it able to pick up the random times automatically or do i have to figure that out myself?
