Is it possible to get PINs that are NOT on the LIST?

Let's be real, all people offering pin cracks are doing is looking on a database leak. I am wondering if there are any actual pin cracking services available now where the provider may have an alternate method to obtain pins rather than just looking on the standard list (as the pin was set after the leak).

No, I am not endorsing the hacking of active accounts (naughty naughty), and no, I am not looking for a pin for an active account (just thought I would say that before all the wannabe mods chime in and cause drama).

If anyone can do this, please pm me. If anyone has any knowledge on this subject, feel free to empart wisdom.

The only way is to also have access to the accounts email, most likely by the account having an email address that has since been deleted and is able to be remade. Even in this case a PIN reset request may bounce back and you would have to go through neopets help desk.

But yeah they don't materialize out of thin air, as looklook said above

If you can request the username and the email comes through, all emails will come through. At least in my experience.
