cant login to my email for neo

ok so years ago i bought a shell with heaps of retired avatars
and now i remembered about it and have everything for it.... except the password! and i have no clue what it is. one problem - i cant even reset the password bc i cant even login to the email -_- ...

so!

this email that i put it under is sort of my dads company email thing which you can only login to through outlook and i have no clue what settings i have to choose in order to make this email work.

im not talking to my father for many reasons at the moment so asking him for help isnt an option.

does anyone know any basic settings i can enter in outlook in order to get this email to work? no clue whether it is POP or IMAP so options for both would be fantastic...

also another quick question - i had another email written down for this account and its with yahoo.. i tried logging in but the email is apparently not even registered... i dont remember making this email but there must be a reason i wrote it down... does yahoo delete inactive emails or something?

Some other email providers also do this. The email you wrote down is currently unregistered, so anyone who knows its address could easily remake that account and attempt to get Neopets to "remind" you of your Neopets username, then reset the password. If the only person who knows it is you, though, then hooray!

Yep, remake it again c: They're saying if someone else, like me for example, knew the email and I remade it I could ask neo to reset the PW. In doing so when they send it to the recreated email I can gain access to said account so that's why you should make it now.
