What's a good VPN to get for neopets?

Hey! I want to have a certain set of accounts I bought all on one IP address without it being risky. Risky as in, using TOR causes me to use a new IP address all the time, so I feel like it's kind of scary to keep using it for my bought accounts? How do VPNs work exactly? Is there any way to select a specific area for our IP address?
On TOR, I can't customize nor use flash games, will they work with a VPN? Kind of sucks I can't work on anything on my accounts because of the limitation that TOR has?
Is there a thread related to VPNs anywhere, or am I okay for posting here?

Oh also let me add, since you want them all on the same IP. You can program the cyberghost VPN to keep the same IP address everytime you use it BUT this feature is only available in the premium service which you have to pay for

NordVPN is good for Neopets because there's many many servers to choose from. It's also cheap and has Netflix servers so you can watch other country Netflix and not be blocked doing it.

The actual answer is going to depend on where you live.

VPNs offer a wide range of region based servers, connecting to various servers nearest your home location will provide you with the best speeds, the further you are away from those servers the slower your connection speed will be. Google "best VPNs", then look through their list (easily found on their website) of provided servers. If they have a wide range of servers within your regions (IE- North America, Europe, Asia, etc.) then that's likely the best option for you. Do your research, find a few providers, then compare the price, narrow your choices down that way.

There is no "best" Neopets VPN, it's entirely dependent on where you live and the servers provided by the VPN provider.

Edit: Many VPN services also offer 1-3 days trials for $1. If you find a few you like, sign up for the trial and run your regional servers they offer through ipleak.net, make sure they're actually secure and giving you unthrottled speeds.
