I'm a very dedicated Netflix user and I (for the most part) don't watch too many "cutesie" movies/shows however with that said I found these to be cute and heartwarming (some are old, good luck finding them!).

Gilmore Girls (really cute series)
Anastasia (very under-watched disney movie)
Fern Gully
