Is there any way I can recover a password

I have tried Neopets recover a pw option but the picture isn't showing up with the words you have to type so is there any other way to do this without submitting a ticket to TNT because I know I don't have enough info for them to just hand me the pw

Are you using a proxy/have any plugin disabled?
Or give me a proxy close to your location and the email and I'll do it for you (if you trust me enough to do it) XD.

Can you see any of it, or does the whole thing not load? If the captcha box loads but not the image, you could press that little button that looks like a speaker



and do the "audio" challenge, where it reads the code out loud to you in a voice that sounds like the devil farting.

If that doesn't work, try it again in a browser safe mode/with all extensions disabled (especially if you use adblock) and see if that helps? Although if it's not working in any of your browsers that's probably unlikely idk. :/

If you have a firewall, try disabling that real fast and then seeing if it loads.

Those are really generic answers I know...
