Before confronting any of the staff about this you should probably find someone who is actually selling a Hissi and is willing to do this. Not much of a point in asking them to help when you don't have anyone to sell you the UC you want.

Yeah but those three people who happen to be staff own the most UCs on this site hence would probably be my best bet but if no one is able to do it that's fine as well

I wouldn't expect to get the pet right away hahahaha, I don't know I should be saving for my secondary education though too lol let me sleep on it and I'll get back to you in the morning

That's probably why he @'d us, we're all UC sellers.

I did a UC payment system before on a $200 pet. She got $120 in after a couple months of payments, then decided she didn't want it and wanted her money back. I said I was not a bank and that's not how it worked, she wasn't getting refunded. She ended up just getting a different pet she could afford, but that's the thing. If you put down payments, those payments are all but gone until you make the final one. Nothing but that final one matters, all the money is gone once you pay it up to that point. We're not banks, we just sell pets.

If you are bad at saving money maybe you shouldn't be spending it on neopets. Especially something that will probably get you frozen and then you will be out $150.

There's some people who have been around since December 2011 and are newbie rank. Elmo has contributed to the community more (In my eyes) with guides and has previously sold to many people before. Also official clraik, too. So in most people's opinion, she would be more trustworthy and have more vouches.

Yep, same thing here.
Ive done trades like that in the past a number of times. It's no big deal as long as you're fine getting the pet after you've paid it off.
