I'm not sure what hidden web is but I'm pretty sure that person is just gonna get scammed out of a bunch of money and no program will come of it. I mean seriously.. one person responds to a very misspelled ad about wanting a pin cracker for neo and everyone is going crazy. I get responses to my really misspelled ads all the time.. none of them are serious.. ever. But in the case that this does some how happen then I would have to say if dude is paying out the ass for it he's either going to keep it a secret, sell his services, or sell the program for buttloads of cash per sell. And as we all know the neopets/ the neopets market is dying more and more every day. It's too late for this to actually be a threat.

theres guides on growing marijuana and mushrooms xD just all kinds of things

there are people that advertise selling other peoples paypal accounts with thousands of dollars in them too, that i think is just wrong
