    Premium cancellation revoked by jumpstart.

    Just a heads up as i saw this on jellyneo;

    We've been receiving many reports stating that those who previously canceled Premium may actually have had that decision reverted for them. If you canceled your recurring Premium membership within the past few months (as far back as March), you need to double check as your credit card may be set up to be charged again!

    Remember, canceling your recurring membership now still allows you to keep Premium until your scheduled billing date. (There are no refunds.)

    wow the speed that JS is messing stuff should hold a record. I honestly would not be suprised if neopets get bought by another company

    So glad I cancelled that shit. JS doesn't need a dime from me. Hopefully more people stop paying it so JS can see how bad they're screwing Neopets over.

    I think they'll need a year or two to figure everything out... ^^ I don't believe anyone is interested in buying neopets...
    The worst scenario is for neopets to fully shut down... So I don't hope people stop buying stuff :/

    I'm actually having a problem with premium. I want to cancel it, because I obviously still have it, but when I go to manage it tells me I don't. I'm pretty sure I'm being charged too. Should I make a ticket?

    Of course you should write a ticket. They can't force you to pay

    that happened because some weeks ago they cancelled many subscriptions from nothing, i guess they took this movement to get back what they usually had.

    also there's a lot of people who pay and dont even remember cause its frozen or so, they dont want to lose that free money

    It's a catch-22 really. If people continue to pay for terrible service, then JS will never take the hint. But if we don't pay for terrible service, Neo suffers.
