u have to download a file which i did already and u have to be clraik to use it

Ugh, I would love to use this program. The only problem is... when I click on the program, it says, "Your version may be outdated. Make sure you are using the control that was provided with your application.' Is anyone else having trouble with this situation? Does anyone know how to fix it? I would greatly appreciate it, thanks!!
