Preset closet NP item glitch

But yeah i've tried swapping NP & NC bgs, i've even bought duplicate of the NP items that are stuck (minus the really expensive ones) and it didn't fix it. It acts like it saves and we are all good, but then when I try to apply the BG to another pet it errors and says it's still equipped to the OG pet it's stuck on. When I go back to the OG pet after it errors it then shows TWO BGs eqquiped xD

any chance of completely emptying your closet and doing hard refresh? (ctrl + F5)

I've been trying this, but even tho it "saves" as if all the items are removed, I will refresh the closet, and the items won't be there. When I refresh the customization page, the pet looks naked as if it worked, but still has the stuff attached.

I can't even get it to show up in the closet. So annoying. Thank you so much for all the help! I really appreciate it. It's been so frustrating xD

Just out of curiosity, why don't you want to send in a ticket?

Also this mostly won't work, but if zapping the pet works maybe morphing might work as well?

I've just heard horror stories of people getting iced after reaching out and they've "never done anything wrong." xD I have one nonlegit pet. Not this pet i'm talking about but Idk what they can see or not see and I am just overly paranoid and attached to my pixel pets and don't wanna lose them. Or like investigate and yeah xD XD

I'm very tempted to try a morphing potion. I really love her as she is tho, and the pb is expensive, but worse case I can morph her, if it doesn't work and she looks like crap, I can maybe pound her before people realize her stats and name. o_o; Desperate times. ^^;

Thank you for the idea. I wish I had a pet to test this on xD
