I know of a couple of people, so I'd say it's worth it. Worst that can happen is that it stays frozen and you've lost nothing more.
Has anyone had luck messaging the neopets facebook account and getting their account unfrozen? Was thinking about trying to get my account that was iced back in 2010 back.

I did. My account was frozen for 3 months and my ticket was in limbo until I messaged them on FB about it. That got things moving. Still had to jump through numerous hoops but FB made it go much quicker.

Yeah, good luck with that. Mine was frozen around that same time and I was told they couldn't do anything about it. I'd pay good money to get that account back lol

Couldn't hurt to try. I recently got one of my accounts back that was frozen for ABing or something from like 2011-2012 back. I didn't go through facebook, but I made a ticket and received a reply in like 2 days. I guess I was just lucky though through the whole process. xD

I hope they'd stop freezing more players today if they're desperate for more players.
