Ah man, getting chain-iced hurts for sure and I can relate to that. I've learned from my past mistakes and I haven't been iced for as long as I can remember.
My only advice to you is: Don't get too attached to your accounts and don't give up. Rebuild with the mistakes you've made (not using proxies and relying on pure luck?) fresh in your mind and make much more than you've ever made before. You can do it.
