Hmmm, you sure? I was thinking they been making bank considering the majority of the user base are NC-ers. They may have lost a lot of users, but considering how literally everything has an NC side to it, I think they're doing pretty well financially. Probably why a lot of the site seems to be lacking too, as most of their time and energy is spent on it.
