If I login to account A with my VPN and then logout, change IP and login to account B without clearing my cookies; can the cookies be used to see that the same person from the same device has logged into both A & B? I'm 99% sure I know the answer I just want to be certain.
Had something happen to me lately and trying to work out the cause.

@(you need an account to see links) just use incognito/private browsing.
Saves you the hassle of having to clear them after you're done. Just close and reopen when you want to access another account.
But yes, they can see more than that with the cookies. I'd list them but I don't remember the structure of the cookie string.
