I was just curious, what is the bank balance cap? If there is one.

If I'm not mistaken its a number between 2.1 and 2.2 billion NP. I don't know the exact number, but I'm 99% sure its under 2.2b

The limit isn't intentional, @(you need an account to see links). It's the maximum amount of space that the Neopets team allocated to store the number reflecting your bank's balance in the database.

Wonder if anyone even has that much NPs haha. Although I'm curious what would happen if they collected interest with that much in the bank. Error, or wrapping around back to 0...

Not only has he confirmed it with screenshots of a few occasions, but he also had high scores in the Tax Beast, Angry Tax Beast and Sloth's Invasion Tax in the past which reflected that the percentage taken from his NP on hand would've been deducted from the maximum amount of NP capable of being carried. He has to submit support tickets to the Neopets team to have his NP returned when that happens because there's nothing he can do to protect himself from those random events except transfer NP off his main account to sides.
