Seems to be the case. I've seen UCs get wiped more often than not, then lately it's been like, RWs/RNs, followed by older pets with shorter names that look pleasing. I haven't seen anyone lose a completely made-up name or keyboard mash yet.Originally Posted by Miri

I had an old account unfrozen recently, the UCs were converted but every pet was VWN and Y5 or older and didn't get deleted.

Meanwhile I have two tickets over a month old for different issues I have not received replies to
I had a similar experience with an account frozen years ago.
TNT gave it back last month, they said they would clear all items other than NC, the stamps, convert pets, pound VWN’s, wipe neopoints and reduce stats on pets.
They only half did that, all the items were gone and UC’s converted but the points were still in the bank (over 200m) and pets stats remained.
