[iTunes] Won't transfer music videos

I get the music videos from an mp4 converter ((you need an account to see links)), therefore illegit.
Some have worked, but the ones that don't seem to work are the ones from VEVO on youtube.

This is most likely due to copyright, so I was wondering if there is any way to fix this?

What format are they in? ITunes is very particular about what formats it uses.
