it would go up, but not by much if gbomb retired, it would be slowwww since so many have them.

Hmm, it would be sort of slow, but eventually the value would skyrocket xD I absolutely adore GBombs.
The shield...eh, I adore that too, but I don't think the value will increase too much.

As for the royal PB, I doubt that will be going anywhere for a while because the royal PPPB hasn't long been added

If either component of the ECA were to retire, that would be a nice investment.

Before I quit I had a nice stockpile of ECA, JCB and EA. They're used widely but not as popular as other HT items.
