The bible doesn't say to kill disobedient children, but to raise them up as they should be. Children are human, so of course they'll have a sinful nature. That's no reason to kill them. Non believers are human, just like Christians. As Christians we're called to love each other, not kill each other. As Christians we are not called to judge others, as we are imperfect ourselves. "Before you can tell your brother about the speck in his eye, you must first remove the log from your own." Yes religion isn't perfect at all, nor will it ever be. But Christianity is not a religion.
