Best Free Antivirus/spyware/adware/etc

Had Kaspersky but didnt like the slowdown from it to be honest..

Ive found MalwareBytes and Microsoft Security Essentials to be great and more than enough, if you have both though make sure to turn off the active monitoring on atleast one

I've heard the free ones ( avast and AVG) do a better job than norton
Kasperkey and McAfee are a complete and utter waste of money.

Good: Avast and Malwarebytes. Panda Cloud is apparently even better, according to PCMag, or PCWorld I think it was.

Mediocre: AVG

BS: Norton - I hate Norton, its stupid and useless.
