Edit: I determined that the reason for my IP Ban was the bday cracking.
Now what I need is a solution. Please read below and note that I cannot turn off my modem since I share the internet with the rest off my household.
or if I do, how long minimum will it take to reset using the modem method?

Well, I've been bday cracking a lot but can you get banned from doing that?
Aside from that, there was an account whose password I forgot about and tried until they kicked me off for 59 minutes.
I mean, I didn't get banned for hacking or anything, I just logged into a lot of shells to see if they still worked. 15-20

And none of the accounts that I know about got banned.
So why did they IP Ban me?
Also, does anyone know a way to change your ip? Turning off the internet modem won't work for me because I share the internet...

Do you have a dynamic IP? Can you elaborate on "sharing" internet? (e.g. an shared campus connection?)
If you were b-day cracking a lot, then yeah, same happened to me. I'm just using hotspot to do everything now.
I went on HMA and input (you need an account to see links) and it took me to the homepage.
Fruit machine and other links doesn't work.

Erm, it was becuase I was running it on my windows xp and it won't suppot HMA VPN for some reason...
I mean there's always Tor/Proxies/VPNs etc. if you're just checking accounts.
I don't play neopets but I think it would be wise to connect to a free VPN e.g. (you need an account to see links) if b-day cracking overnight.
Yeah I know Tom, looks like I need to invest in a free VPN for my windows XP.
My internet is clean since I just upgraded to Verizon Fios with a new IP address plus inactivity for 3 months +
