Trades is fine as long as you're not stupid, don't transfer like 10 ht items in one trade in one day, buy ets and transfer it slowly, be patient, don't give them a reason to look into your account and you're ok.
Shop snipes is monitored to a certain extent, HT items you probably want to avoid, and large amounts of pure could give you away, especially from a shell or newer account
