And, personally, I'd prefer changing my ip instead of constantly having to set up hotspot shield. Just google for "how to change your ip" and you'll get a shitload of results. Just try another method than you did before.

Depends, it's usually not very much slower than your average connection, but sometimes it can be painfully slow. Just reconnect to get another one and it should be faster
