holy f*cking shit.
Omg how sick of people! People these days.... I feel bad for her.
holy f*cking shit.
poor child
can't believe there would be a law against people helping other. The people who enforce those law should be one getting run over.
This is a really shocking video, but I guess the passers by weren't ones to blame if they were tied down by some kind of law. It's really sad. Stuff like this happens all over the world.
Ok one person runs her over, he drives off to avoid punishment....that much I could of atleast on some level understood (not condoning it, but happens a lot when people are scared of being caught, adrenaline etc.).
But for a SECOND person to just run her over, he must have seen her??? or felt the first wheel go over her....
I don't give a crap about laws or risk of being sued, if someone gets run over and you're there its f'd up not to stop and help :/
Yeah, this video has been around for a while, doesn't make it any less fucked up though.
It took far too long for someone to finally come to that child's aid, and I'd like to know where the hell the mother was during all of this? Law or not, she's an infant in the street, it's not like the child can sue you. Stuff like this makes me sick. :/
Ah the sadness of a communist country. The fact that they'll face imprisonment for simply helping someone is insane. China's batshit insane mainly because their leaders a fuckin tool. Their culture has been destroyed and subverted to force the natives to believe that there is only one way to live, and if you don't you'll be killed. If you rebel from authority at all, executed. You aren't allowed to think for yourself there and this video only helps prove it. But their military is extremely powerful and they do have a supply of nuclear warfare so we can't really do jack shit to help and its incredibly sad.
omg, so sad. even if there are law that state that, i don't even know why anyone doesn't have the decency to move her body out of the way. why did it take 5+ people.. the part that made me shudder was when they zoomed in on her body and i could have sworn i saw her arm move. so knowing that she's alive is even more sad
