Random charge of 1.00 from neopets

I had premium for a long time that they never cancelled after they froze my account and I did a live chat with someone from neopets about it and I don't remember how to live chat with them again, does anyone know of a site? I was charged 1.00 on my bank card today from neopets.com. I will never be buying anything on neopets again with paypal or my cc.

sue over 1.00? nah, it would cost me more in legal fees lol I just want to make sure they aren't going to take out some huge amount for something otherwise I'm going to have to cancel my bank card and get a new one just so they can't charge shit on it. Their customer service is so bad it's sickening. Thanks, I will just have to call them the old fashioned way.

I'd call your bank and inform them that you didn't make that charge, even though it was just a dollar, next time it could be more.
No reason that Neopets should be charging you, especially if they froze your account.

I also have this random charge of $1, plus another currency conversion charge that came through recently. Except I'm still paying for premium each month. So obviously you're still in their system for something. D:

Something like this was done with my phone bill lol on the same month, me, my brother and two sisters all got hit with a random 50 cent charge for a picture text nobody sent lol
