I got majtor dental work done today

I've been (unofficial) dental nurse for years now, my partner has bad teeth and they all need replaced. Definitely sleep as much as you can and don't feel bad about taking the pain meds. Soon you'll be able to eat more than just gruel and you'll feel so much better. One day at a time, my friend, we are here for you <3

Aww I'm sorry Buizel, you are quite literally the sweetest person and I hope your healing is quick! I know all too well how dental issues go. I've recently had about 4K in work done on top of good insurance on my own teeth. One pulled and it was excruciating 5 hours of nightmare. We also had all 4 wisdoms out and that was a crazy recovery too.

Thank you everyone for your messages, they really mean a lot! I have been reading and taking tips, especially on the sleeping part, because I felt bad just sleeping the days away haha. And yes, you never know the foods you miss eating until you're only eating soup mashed potatoes.

Hopping on the train of get wells! It's also great that you have someone there to support you - being alone and miserable is the absolute worst. Make sure you that you reach out to family/friends/here if you need to mentally get away from it all, mental health is super important too!
