Shut Up! by Simple Plan (I actually did an essay on the music video for this song for a University assignment about narrative and music, and it was a struggle to focus long enough to write the thing instead of belting out the lyrics at the top of my lungs while working on it )

Mostly cos of the context in which I was introduced to that song. Back in Secondary School, our class had a Facebook group with both our form teachers in it. We hated our form teachers for various (relatively justified) reasons, and so one day one of the more daring girls in class posted a message in the group:

"Dear [teacher's name], this is what I want to say to you:

[Link to/embed of Go Screw Yourself video]"

Again, this was a group WITH the teachers in it XD

Fortunately, the teachers never actually looked at the group, ever Our class of rebels thought it was the funniest and most daring thing ever

Looking up my pre-going out song, and just seen the music video for the first time. Wtf. Doesn't match the vibe of the song at ALL
