Neo will be down this upcoming Monday (3/11) for some infrastructure for approx. 4-5 hours (hopefully). Make sure to do any of your dailies and what not before the downtime!

I've been very surprised how none of these things are announced onsite lately. You'd think they'd utilize that announcement board to keep people up to date in case they aren't hip to the lingo and don't use discord.

Also hoping they fix the email issues permanently lol

Neo does usually get the news updates.....but they're the last to do so. On one side I am glad that they are actually doing maintenance often but also........leaves room for them to screw up more. There are accounts I haven't been able to reset passwords for MONTHS.

These maintenance periods basically happen during sleeping hours for me so I'm unbothered but didn't they say recently they didn't forsee any extended downtime for the near future after the NCUC rollout. Is two months that limit of "near future?"

Oof that's a tough timing for me, guess I'll try and move things around to get things done before the end of the neo day. Hopefully it's all worth it in the end of we get a better product in the form of a faster site??

One can hope but I truly don't have any faith that they're going to fix their laggy site

I remember this! :o I want to personally say it was a visual bug of sorts and no indication of actual increasement of pet slots? But if they do decide to increase pet slots...
