I haven't notice anything so far, but I'm stuck using mobile at the moment cause I'm on work PC right now. I guess it was some kind of backend edit.

Tbf I wasn't getting emails before, either. I assumed they were always just buggy. Is that more recent? Or worse now?

It's hit or miss lately. It was good for awhile then just stopped working randomly. Usually I'll get the emails a few days after I sent them and then it will work for a few days. I'm assuming they are tinkering with the neopass thing and causing some annoying issues on the backend. Emails are almost backlogged for whatever reason and then they are all sent out days later. I'm just waiting to get them for this round of emails I made but it's been since Sunday morning and still nothing so far.
What's my definition of success?

Are you using gmail? I find I have no issues with hotmail and yahoo (gross). But gmail most of the time just won't go through at all. I had support manually change me to hotmail to get into one

Right now it's all emails, doesn't matter the provider. Oddly enough, I seem to have the most issue with yahoo. Hotmail is usually the easiest one, they just send them to spam automatically. Gmail and yahoo I typically hold my breath when I send the pass rest request and just hope it hits my inbox lol
